I think the amount I was charged was exorbitant....

Came in for oil change and tire rotation.they told me the car was ready. I paid the bill. Got in the car. Started up the car. Checked it all out. Theyforgot to inflate the tires to the proper psi all around. I had to go back inside and have them properly inflate all my tires.

Kathy and the other employees at Chevy were great!!!! They are so helpful and they answered any questions that I had and helped me understand what they were doing with my car. It's great having people I can trust. I'm so glad knowing where to go when I have a problem with my car. They have helped me for years, and I will always go to them. I had the pleasure of speaking with Danielle the day before my appointment when I had an issue. Danielle was professional, courteous and extremely helpful and understanding of my issues. She told me to check in with her the next morning. In person Danielle exuded confidence, a broad range of knowledge and kindness. Danielle is a hard working representative and you are very lucky that she represents your business. I know a few places that would want to hire someone who is so specialized in great customer service skills.

Appointment for NYS inspection. Service tech checked for any recalls none were noted inspection performed in 1 hour

Ronnie was the easiest salesman to work with. By far the best car shopping experience I���ve had. I didn���t feel rushed or pressured. I gave him my 3 musts and the car I wanted and her went above and beyond! If I had any questions he was always available to answer them. He will now be the only salesman I ever see!
