Confirmed Service Customer
I made an appointment 2 weeks prior for inspection and oil change . I dropped off my vehicle the night before thinking I’d be able to come get it sometime that morning . When I called at 2 in the afternoon I was told it wasn’t looked at yet because they have to take the people who are waiting at the dealership first …. I don’t know aren’t I waiting too ? Within 40 mins later they call to say my cars ready . I got to the dealership 10 mins before closing . As I’m driving home I see my engine light is on and it wasn’t on prior to my service . I called and they said to bring it back in to look at . I had to leave work early to do so , losing paid time . I was at the dealership about 40 mins and was told the dipstick wasn’t properly put back in causing the light to come on . This was just an inconvenience but happy it was a quick fix . I just feel like they rushed my service because it was done quickly after I called and I needed to get my car before closing because I needed to for work the next day .
