Great buying experience at Chevy of Smithtown. The salesman, Mitch, was very knowledgeable and up to date with the latest bells and whistles, which were extensive, that came the new car. He did not pressure us at all and let the product speak for itself. The finance person, Donna, was a joy to meet a well. Again, no pressure and a great experience.

Called in a Thursday to see if availability to come in for an oil change on Saturday since I was coming in to pick up a battery for remote. Oil light went on. Talked with Pat and she did get me in on Saturday afternoon which was great. Also stopped by to say hello to my Salesman- Ronnie.( when ready for a new car will definitely see Ronnie) very professional

My vehicle was losing antifreeze and almost overheated. The vehicle, 2023 traverse with 16k miles. Antifreeze leaking into engine. It was present in oil fill cap. When I initially called with my vehicle mechanical concern, Kathy told me they didn’t have room for my vehicle on the lot and had zero loaners to give. The best appointment I could get was 3 weeks away. I was left with no car for 3 weeks. The vehicle was dropped off on January 10th and wasn’t diagnosed until the 13th when it was found the vehicle had faulty cylinder heads. After many requests I was issued a loaner vehicle. On the 20th, I contacted Jason for an update. He told me he only had so many “A” mechanics who could perform this repair and he couldn’t dedicate one to the job as they had many other repairs which needed attention. In regards to my repair, Jason stated the mechanics would “pick at it” when they had the time. Is that a preferred term to use? It didn’t sit well with me. After 2 weeks the vehicle was repaired. Upon pickup on the 31st Jason informed me that he had to put $20 in gas in my vehicle and billed me for the $20. After all the frustration and time without a vehicle , to then ask for $20 for gas seemed delusional in my opinion. Clearly your staff doesn’t have a clue about how to speak with customers or little courtesies that improve business with Smithtown Chevy.

i had to leave my car overnight,never offered a loaner car,was promised car would be done in morning,did not get done until late afternoon,not happy with dealership,first i was made to feel like i was not important and my new car had a scratch which was not taking care of which should have been when i paid 54,000.00 for it,service department is ok ,in future i will be checking a different dealership

The most satisfying purchase & service experience I have ever had. I've purchased over 40 new vehicles in my lifetime and this dealer is simply the BEST! No games or No pressure! My salesperson Tina Reganato, the Sales Manger Wayne Stevens, and John the Finance Mgr could not have been better! I traded in a 2024 Tahoe Premier 5.3 to get a 2024 Suburban High Country with the 6.2. I travel and pull a enclosed car trailer to Carrier our 2022 C8 Corvette & other toys, so I needed the extra room & power! Thanks again to the Team at Chevrolet of Smithtown!

Picked up a new 2025 Chevy Equinox on 1/24/25. Since then the car has been back at the dealership twice with a service engine light on involving the transmission. So far the dealer had been unable to diagnose the problem. While the dealership has been accommodating and provided a loaner car, we are very frustrated with the whole situation and being family members of an ex Chevy employee, we have been very disappointed with the experience.

The service department at Smithtown chevy is excellent. All employees are polite and are very knowledgeable. They also have a A+mechanic that could solve the most difficult problems with your car. I will never go anywhere else
