Took over 6 months to get my defective headrests replaced on my brand new Traverse. Absolutely ridiculous. I had to call Chevy Customer Service and complain to get any help. Then you call and say they are finally in stock but you only do repairs during the week which is highly inconvenient. I had to take off work just to bring the car in. And to boot, I had to rent a car because no loaner was offered. So between a rental and uber rides I’m out close to $300.
