I felt that the process of getting the new truck was very fast. Ronnie was a great help! Very understanding and has a lot of empathy towards his customers. I didn���t feel pushed into something I didn���t want. He truly cares about his job and his customers deserves a promotion and a raise. I was an original customer for the dealership of 112 for 6 years and I walked in there to talk to someone about what my options were for my lease ending / buyout. I encountered Bill and he looked like he worked behind the desk by the back offices. He was helping another customer I noticed when I had my first interactions with him. He told me I had absolutely ���NO��� equity in my truck and told me I had to start completely offered. Didn���t offer any loyalty discounts or rebates I felt like I was completely tossed aside as a returning customer I didn���t feel valued at ALL. For a Z71 Colorado that is in PERFECT condition you���re telling me there���s no equity in it? I walked out of there and went to smithtown where Ronnie told me I did have equity in it. I almost was ready to leave chevy completely but Ronnie saved me. I do wish however that I was told about the hidden fees I paid��� I was told 3k flat + first car payment and DMV transfer plates. How is it possible with my deposit I put down for $300 I paid almost $4200?? I felt ripped there. This will probably be the last time I lease a car I don���t like hidden fees.
