Confirmed Sales Customer
I picked my new truck on Sat 9/21, my salesman was fine, everything afterwards has been frustrating. I never received any paperwork or documents by e-mail as promised. I stopped at the dealership Tue & advised of same, I called Wed. Thur. & Fri. each day leaving a message & on Fri requesting to speak to a manager, I was told no one was available, so I asked for a call back...no return call!!! I do not believe I'm asking for too much and feel that once I made my purchase I was no longer important & not worth a response, I am quite surprised to be treated this way and will certainly reflect this should I receive a questionnaire from GM. I am sorry to have to write this but feel I have no other choice.
