Confirmed Service Customer
Brought my vehicle in for oil change, inspection and recall computer updates. Dropped off at 9:15, got a call around 4:45 saying the update was not complete. And I could leave the vehicle or come get it and make another appointment. Not only was this inconvenient but it left me scrambling to find a ride home from work. The attitude of the service person was basically too bad, so I decided to leave the vehicle. The next day there was no contact or communication until I phoned the service person, he was out on lunch. He called back around 2:30 in the afternoon. Overall not the best service or communication. I bought this truck new from this dealership, I intended to get all The maintenance done here as well. Now I have little confidence in returning. And that service person lacks communication, empathy and basic respect.
