Confirmed Service Customer
All good. I told my intake person about an unusual incident I had. I couldn’t put my 2023 Bolt in drive or reverse. The screen said “Conditions not sufficient to change gears.” Another intake person said a customer had reported the same incident to her that day. Nobody could figure out a solution if it happens again. Could you guys research and find an answer?
