hello, the reason i was at the dealership was my new 2022 silverado broke down on my family on our way to a wedding tasting for my daughter and we were stranded for 3 hours waiting for a tow from gm roadside assistance, there for me and my wife missed the tasting. yes the dealership fixed the problem the next day. It would of been nice if the dealership would of given me a complimentary oil service for our lost time.
