Confirmed Service Customer
Kathy Altamura created a negative impact on an already troubled situation. My starter went on my lease the 2022 Equinox. Kathy was unprofessional with no customer empathy and lack of care for her customers. She was rude and and not helpful. This has changed my whole view on Chevrolet. Kathy is very combative when speaking to my husband and myself. I reached out to James Lyons for assistance with moving the car along and/or getting a loaner and he said they (service) will work to get it done day off. That is not the case. James could have said come in to view the other vehicles and we may have walked out with 2 new leased cars but because my experience you have lost a customer. For the record Kathy advised she wouldn���t have time to look at the vehicle at all. So I���m my eyes I was lied to and dealing with Kathy���s customer care experience, we will no longer deal with Chevrolet. Horrible Service and Experience!
