The service staff at Chevrolet of Smithtown are always pleasant and helpful. Danielle Lux always greets you with a smile and makes recommendations on what the maintenance service should include. She’s never pushy. I just let her know what I would like done now and what we should push it from for the next visit. Never any confrontations. Going into a car dealership for most people is a very stressful ordeal. I can say I have never had this feeling with the service department at Chevrolet of Smithtown.
