When I took my truck in for service , I was dealing with Daniel from service dept, she was professional right from the start in taking in the info about what was wrong with the truck , and all of the back and forth between the insurance company, in addition she kept me up to speed as far as the trouble shooting of the truck and what needed to be done along with how long it would take and cost.
