I had Danielle as my customer service representative when I came to have my Chevy Cruze inspected and she had such a friendly & professional manner about her. I brought up some other concerns that I wanted the mechanic who I later found out was Dave to look into besides the inspection. Danielle updated me and went over everything with me, she was patient and I felt very confident with her knowledge as I approved the additional work that needed to be done. Dave who worked on my vehicle did a very good job and although it was a costly bill ,I know it needed to be done so my vehicle would run efficiently & safely. Dave noticed a few other concerns and Danielle always kept me informed with the issues and costs involved. Together I really felt that I got the best customer service. I told Danielle personally how pleased I was with my experience with her because it's nice to have positive feedback & that I felt she went over & beyond for me. I spoke to Dave the mechanic on the phone to thank him personally as well & gave a thank you tip $$ for his detailed work on my vehicle. I hope this review finds it way to someone that knows that these two really are an asset to Chevrolet of Smithtown.I will be bringing my vehicle back for maintenance in the future & will go to Danielle & Dave because they made my experience that much better !
